TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT ASSISTANT
To Commence 1st September 2019 – 31st August 2020

Part Time – 20 hours a week, Term Time 38 weeks pa, 8:30am – 11:45am Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 3.30pm Friday
SCP 2 – 3
£17,111 - £18,065 (pro rata of FTE)
Working 38 weeks (not required to attend on Inset Days)
An excellent administrative support assistant is required for this busy and happy school. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of our senior administrative officer.

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Assist with organisational tasks eg: routine reception duties; pupil welfare - liaising with parents where necessary; assisting in arrangements for school trips and events.
- Assist with administration eg: provide routine clerical support; maintain records – manual and computerised; undertake IT based tasks – typing, word processing etc.; deal with the mail.
- Assist with resource management: eg: use the photocopier and computer; oversee and monitor the use of resources; undertake routine financial administration such as collecting and recording dinner money.
- Other responsibilities - comply with all policies and procedures eg safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, data protection and equal opportunities; attend staff meetings when and as required; participate in relevant training.
Great interpersonal skills are essential.
