Hagley Catholic High School is looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic temporary part time Teacher of Biology for a Maternity Leave Cover (0.6 contract) to start 1st September 2021.

This highly successful Catholic High School is looking to appoint a Temporary Teacher of Biology to work across all year groups, and science across KS3 and KS4.
The Science Department in this school is very well regarded and secures very good outcomes for our students. In 2019; 100% achieved grades 9 - 4 in Triple Award GCSE plus 84% achieved 9 - 4 in Combined Science and 100% pass rate at A-level. The school has ten specialist teachers who predominantly deliver their science specialism but work as a full team.
Science is taught to all students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with A-level provision in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Applied Science. The School is looking to appoint an ambitious practitioner with a desire to teach across the age and ability range.
