We require an experienced Reception Classteacher for Spring Term 2022
The school is situated at the northern end of the Highfields district of Leicester. The area contains a diverse religious and linguistic community. We were rated “Good” in our latest Ofsted Report (February 2020). 'One pupil explained, ‘The best thing about this school is that we learn something new every day.’
'Pupils behave well in and around the school. In class, they engage effectively with their learning, they cooperate well and listen attentively when an adult is speaking to them. As one pupil explained, ‘We are with our friends and people that we trust.’
Shenton Primary School is a large primary school in Leicester. We have 425 children in 16 classes from Nursery to Year 6. Most of the children attending are bi-lingual or multi-lingual.
We are looking for a dedicated teacher to join our friendly staff team next academic year and provide high quality, exciting and inspiring learning opportunities for our children.

We are looking for a good Reception teacher with the appropriate knowledge and experience. This post is full-time and temporary (maternity cover).
