Temporary Secondment Specialist Peripatetic Welsh Medium Teacher of pupils with Complex Learning Needs (to the end of summer term 2021 in the first instance)

Rhondda Cynon Taf Access and Inclusion Service wish to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced temporary specialist welsh medium teacher for pupils with Complex Learning Needs for as soon as possible until the end of the Summer Term 2021.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with pupils with Complex Learning Needs in Welsh Medium Settings and English medium settings across RCT. The successful candidate will have direct teaching responsibility for a caseload of Welsh Medium pupils across the Local Authority as well as offering support, advice and guidance to mainstream schools to help them support pupils with a range of complex learning needs. The ability to communicate in Welsh to a high standard is essential.
Ideally, successful applicants will have experience of working with pupils with Complex Learning Needs and will have undertaken relevant specialist professional development. A successful candidate without specialist training will be expected to complete appropriate specialist training.
