Trainers and Lecturers Bank Staff
£17.22 - £28.18 per hour
NESCOT is a growing college and provides an exciting and wide range of courses to help employers to upskill their staff and for individuals to learn new skills to find new jobs. COVID-19 has created a demand for new skills and for some new opportunities. As part of our mission to provide skills and training to meet the needs of employers, employees and individuals we are seeking to add expert skills and knowledge to our teaching and training teams as bank staff to train and teach as and when required.
We are looking for individuals with educational, training and industry or teaching experience in the following areas: -
• Construction skills (plastering; brickwork; carpentry)
• Building maintenance.
• Food safety, nutrition and hygiene.
• Digital skills including website design.
• Business skills including starting up a business, preparing business plans, pitching and presenting ideas.
• Hairdressing skills.
• Beauty and holistic therapy skills.
• Warehousing and storage.
• Customer services.
• Mental health awareness.
• Coaching and mentoring.
• Leadership and management.
• Electrical installation
• Construction multi-skills
• Motor vehicle
• Experienced construction On Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) Assessors in all constriction disciplines
Work will be casual over the duration of when the courses are taught. Courses will be online, or face-to-face in our modern learning environments. Some courses will be a combination of online and face-to-face delivery.
Trainer roles will be working for Nescot Enterprises Ltd which has different terms and conditions to that of Nescot College
