Combe Down Primary School are looking to recruit a 1:1 Transition Assistant to support a child in the Foundation Stage. The child will require support with social and communication difficulties so experience in these areas would be beneficial.
We are looking for a warm, caring individual who can offer an exceptional level of care and foster the child’s independence. We are looking for someone to motivate, support and encourage the pupils to fully access the curriculum and school life and to help with personal care.
This role is dependent on individual pupil funding and therefore is a temporary position until 31.08.2022 and will continue until such time as the funding ceases and/or the child leaves the school if this is earlier.
