Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.
We offer a range of specialist services within a residential children’s home, school and adult provision to support children and young people severely challenged by their autism.
We are looking for a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser who will work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and deliver strategies to secure funding from Charitable Trusts and Foundations. The Fundraiser will:
•Identify potential new UK and international Trusts and Foundations, developing a range of ongoing and beneficial partnerships.
•Write compelling, detailed and highly tailored fundraising applications for funders, maintaining superior quality and attention to detail at all times.
•Manage and develop key donor relationships.
•Ensure that donors receive regular and timely progress reports and appropriate recognition of their support.
Priors Court School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We particularly welcome applications from under represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
