Trust Assistant Business Manager
Grade 7 AYR £26999 - £29636 (pro rata).
37 hours per week, term time only, plus 10 days
Actual Salary £24129 - £26486

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic person to provide support and assistance to the Trust Business Director across a wide range of support serves and projects. You will lead in one or two specific areas of responsibility.
This is an excellent developmental opportunity as we are looking to play to the strengths of the successful candidate and provide comprehensive training for areas of working, new to the candidate.
Overall, this is a varied and busy role which will offer many different challenges and opportunities to learn and be involved with different initiatives.
You will possess excellent ICT and interpersonal skills, excellent administrative skills and have experience of maintaining and using databases and spreadsheets. You will have knowledge of budgetary control & accounting procedures, knowledge of HR and Payroll procedures and working practices. Ideally you will have some knowledge of working in schools/academies and dealing with the public. Knowledge of SIMS/FMS databases would be an advantage. Most of all, you will have a "can do" approach, be very organised and used to working with deadlines, have plenty of initiative and be prepared to learn new things.
