Trust Head of HR
Full Time Position – Starting 1st August 2021
The Altus Education Partnership was formed in 2017 by the governing body of Rochdale Sixth Form college, an Ofsted outstanding college, currently with around 1750 students. The college opened in 2010 and since then it has raised achievement in the area dramatically, regularly being one of the highest performing colleges in the country.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, and passionate Trust Head of HR to lead and manage the provision of the HR service to the academies within Altus Education Partnership, balancing strategic input with the drive for an effective operational delivery, continually identifying and implementing service improvements.

The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association Support Staff Pay Spine, band 34-39, currently £42,779 to £47,919.
Start date: 1st August 2021.
