This exciting opportunity offers the chance to undertake a Vice Principal role within the Cabot Learning Federation. You will work positively with the Principal to identify priorities and opportunities for academy improvement that support the achievement of outstanding outcomes. You will also lead on the delivery of one of the Academy’s strategic aims and rigorously ensure that the Academy’s systems are working smoothly and effectively on a day-to-day basis.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
King’s Oak Academy is a rapidly expanding all-through 4 to 16 academy based in Kingswood, Bristol. There are currently five year groups in our primary phase – Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 – with Year 7 through to Year 11 in our secondary phase. The children are excited to learn and are real ambassadors for our diverse community. King’s Oak Academy supports a hugely positive and supporting learning environment for all.
