We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, resourceful and strategic Vice Principal who has the ability to lead from the front, develop leadership in others and effect rapid and sustainable change in raising the standards of student attainment and personal development.
You will be an outstanding teacher who can inspire others to create outstanding learning opportunities for our students. You will lead on and have overall responsibility for Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare and develop our ‘Culture for Learning’ and pupil safety throughout the Academy.
You will work closely with the Principal to help build the commitment of all stakeholders to a culture of constant improvement, with the vision to embrace the ideas of the sponsor and with a flair for creative leadership that will put learning first and ensure an outstanding education for our students. You will also take a lead on the effective day-to-day management of the Academy and participate in regular self-review and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of the Academy’s work.
Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader and have high expectations with a drive and commitment to ensure excellence for all; regardless of students starting points and backgrounds.
