Position based across Cheam Common Infant and Junior Academies
Salary Leadership 7-12 (£50,969-£57,117 FTE)
Contract Full time and permanent
Start Date 1st September 2020
We are looking for a Vice Principal to work across Cheam Common Infant and Junior Academies (2.5 days in each). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Trust’s vision and working alongside the Executive Principal and the Principal to maintain and fully develop excellence in every aspect of the Academies’ operation. This person will lead on inclusion and will ideally have undertaken the NASENCO qualification.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (or equivalent) and a minimum of an undergraduate degree
- Has successfully undertaken the National Award for SEN Coordination (desirable but not essential)
- Can demonstrate recent and outstanding provision planning for meeting SEND needs
- Has excellent curriculum knowledge and can ensure a seamless transition between our KS1 and KS2 provisions
As a member of our team, you will be actively involved in helping to create and promote inspirational learning opportunities for pupils across the Trust.

We also work with a range of partners to offer accessible training for all staff including e-learning, a CPD app and face to face workshops.
