Lambeth College are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver high quality teaching on our Level 3 Civil Engineering, Building Services and Construction and the Built Environment apprenticeship programmes.
Duties will include teaching classroom-based theory along with workshop learning to deliver the underpinning knowledge requirements of the Level 3 BTEC and Apprenticeship Standard.
It is essential that you hold a recognised Level 4 and above qualification in the relevant subject area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, experience of assessing students, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
Applicants should have completed a teaching qualification or be working towards, a PGCE/ DTLLS, or equivalent teaching qualification and also be willing to undertake the necessary Assessor Awards if not already qualified.
You should also ideally have level 2 qualifications in numeracy, literacy and ICT.
