Starting Salary: NJC Scale – Grade 3 Scale point 4 (£18,933 full time equivalent)
Annual salary for 30 hrs per week is £13,285

Tuesday: 21.45 – 07.30 Closes Weekend Hours 19 hours 30 mins
Alternate Fridays: 21.45 – 08.15 Total hours over two weeks 60 hours 0 mins
Alternate Saturdays: 21.45 – 08.15 Average hours per week 30 hours

St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained residential special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent residential specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
We are looking for a committed Waking Nights Care Assistant to support students in our residential setting overnight. Providing personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, and moving and handling are all important aspects of this role. A level 3 qualification in health and social care is required, if you do not already have this qualification you can commence on the start of your employment with us.
We are open every weekday and alternate weekends during term time, therefore if the advertised hours include Friday evenings and weekends these will be worked on alternate weeks only. We are open 19 weekends per year. You will work 38 weeks in the term-time and one week of INSET days.
