To deliver and coordinate a range of wellbeing interventions and activities to promote the attainment and progression of students. To create and sustain relationships with key stakeholders to engage those students who are in need of support.
Rate of Pay: Scale 4, Points 21 – 24, £21,335 - £23,219 per annum, (pro rata, equivalent to £10,183 - £11,082 per annum)
Hours of Work: 21 hours per week (may include early mornings, evenings and weekends candidates must have the ability to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
Contract: Permanent, part time, part year, 37.8 weeks per annum.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a level 4 qualification in relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 3. Experience of working in a student facing role is essential.
