Welsh Speaking Teacher, Blaenau Gwent
New Directions are looking for a flexible, confident and passionate, Welsh speaking Primary School teacher to work within a number of well-regarded schools across the whole of South Wales.
The nature of the role entails working with various age groups in a number of schools so the ability to adapt to different situations well is essential as well as working well with other staff members and building relationships with the children and parents, good behaviour management skills are preferred however at New Directions we do offer a wide range of free training to help support and up skill you in your role.
The successful candidates will be appointed with a dedicated Welsh speaking Account Manager who will support you in all aspects of the role and finding work for you in the schools of your choice on the days that suit you best. At New Directions we understand that a lot of people are juggling life with maybe another part time role and children to think about so we will work with you to find the right placements for you.
The roles are open to both NQT’s looking to gain more experience or even more experienced teachers who are looking for a slower pace and maybe part time hours. Many of our role do end up in permanent positions once you build the relationships with the schools after working in them week on week.
