Welsh Teacher, South Wales
New Directions Education are currently recruiting for a Welsh Teacher to work at a Secondary School in the Vale of Glamorgan starting in September 2021. This is a long term position based on a full timetable, initially due to run until Easter, there is a strong possibility of the role extending. Renowned for having a thriving Welsh department, this role would be an excellent opportunity for both Newly Qualified Teacher’s (NQT’s) as well as more experienced teachers.
The school itself is based in an excellent and central location making it easily accessible and close by to all local amenities. The successful candidate will be:
Passionate and knowledgeable, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to succeed.
Be EWC registered.
Have a genuine passion for the Welsh language.
In possession of a clear DBS with the update service (desirable but not essential).
