The role of Operations Officer is to assist with the operational delivery across the Trust’s 14 schools and to support the work of the Trust’s Operations Director and CEO.
The role will report to the Operations Director and will be based at the Xavier Catholic Education Trust’s office at Salesian School, Chertsey.
Key functions include:
- Co-ordinating communications across our community – preparing newsletters, maintaining and updating the Trust website.
- Organising events such as Trust level inset days, internal staff conferences and governance events.
- Manage key internal processes such as policy cycles, maintaining management documents etc
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Director.
