About the Primary Teaching Assistant Role:
In this Primary Teaching Assistant post you will be working in a Year 1 Class. The school are also big on giving their Teaching Assistants space and time to lead small groups too as this will benefit them and the students.
Are you strong enough to be able to lead small group sessions and mentor students on a 1:1 basis where necessary? With an impressive range of resources and facilities available (including interactive whiteboards and a beautiful outdoor learning space) this is the ideal place to begin a career in teaching!
All support staff are enrolled in the school's mentoring system, so your development will be aided by an inspirational Class Teacher who has been there and done it, and who understands how much learning and developing is required in your first year.
