We are looking for an exceptional KS2 teacher who will have the additional responsibility of year group leader (TLR3)
We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our KS2 team. This is a permanent teaching job on either the Main Scale or Upper Pay Scale ranges, and is offered with a 3 year TLR3 payment of £1,560 for leading a KS2 year group. You will be asked to lead, support and develop others to ensure that the team deliver inspirational and innovative teaching on a daily basis. There are three teachers and TAs in each year group. You will work alongside other KS2 year group leaders and the KS2 Assistant Headteacher. Leadership release time is available on a weekly basis.
Even Swindon Primary School is a growing, popular school with over 700 children aged 2 - 11 on roll and a Special Resourced Provision for SLCN.
We are looking for a leader who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative and able to demonstrate consistently high standards of teaching and learning whilst working with a class of children.
