The curriculum is designed and implemented to fulfil and exceed national curriculum requirements and to encourage and enable each child to reach the highest level of personal achievement. At Dundonald teaching and learning programmes are designed to meet the needs of each child at a level appropriate to their understanding and capability.

Our school ethos is based on encouraging pupils to develop their personal, emotional and learning skills to the highest possible standard. We try to ensure that all pupils feel that they are valued members of the school community, enjoy good self-esteem and learn to resolve problems themselves.
