At William Cobbett we aim to ensure every child reaches their full potential and develops an enthusiasm for learning that stays with them throughout their education and lives
There are 4 classes for the infants (ages four to seven). Our YR pupils are all taught together in our Early Years Unit. In KS1, we have one Y1 class and two Y2 classes. Junior classes (ages seven to eleven) are organised within four single-age year groups and there are three parallel classes in each year group.
Within the school there is a Special Needs Support Centre, specialising in children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Some, according to their needs, integrate with the rest of the school for some of their work. These children enrich the life of our school.
