Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an administration officer to provide administrative support for the school office. This position is for a fixed term starting on 15th January until 13th July 2018 and is for 15 hours per week, 3 days per week 8.30-1.30pm, term time only.

Main requirements of the role:

• to answer enquiries from callers and visitors
• to provide basic admin’ support such as filing, photocopying, word processing and dealing with post

The successful candidate will:

• have respect of the Catholic ethos of our school and work well as part of a team
• have basic literacy and numeracy skills
• be self- motivated and work on initiative
