Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an administration officer to provide administrative support for the school office. This position is for a fixed term starting on 15th January until 13th July 2018 and is for 15 hours per week, 3 days per week 8.30-1.30pm, term time only. Main requirements of the role: • to answer enquiries from callers and visitors• to provide basic admin’ support such as filing, photocopying, word processing and dealing with postThe successful candidate will:• have respect of the Catholic ethos of our school and work well as part of a team • have basic literacy and numeracy skills • be self- motivated and work on initiative We are committed to keeping children and young people safe from harm and abuse and to promoting their welfare, and we expect that everyone who comes to work for us will share the same commitment.
