The literacy leader is a key role in terms of driving effective literacy practice across the college, showing an enthusiasm for and an interest in literacy. They will effectively lead and support colleagues in the teaching of literacy across the curriculum. The post is attached to the English department with a teaching commitment.As well as being a dynamic classroom teache our ideal candidate will also be an inspiring leader, creating an environment that will motivate and challenge our students and staff.
