Can demonstrate excellent standards of teaching and classroom practice
• Is committed to developing the whole child whilst ensuring each and every child achieves their full potential
• Has the ability to contribute to the development of a clear strategy and vision for the school. Has the highest expectations of self and others.
• Can demonstrate proven leadership skills that motivate and inspire staff to achieve the highest standards.
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and will use these to raise the profile of the school and further integrate it into the wider community
• Is able to form excellent relationships with parents and work in partnership with parents
