City Academy provides education to 680 students Key Stages 2, 3 and 4. The students at City Academy are excited to learn and are real ambassadors for our diverse community. The CLF is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. The CLF currently sponsors 14 academies, eight of which are secondary, five are primary and one is a studio school catering for students aged 14 to 19. In this role you will work along side the Head Chef providing high quality provision of catering services for students/staff and visitors to the City Academy. Your duties will specifically include:-• To assist in the smooth operation of the catering facilities on a daily basis • Assist the Head Chef with the commercial catering and develop this area.• Menu Planning and costings• Ordering/Stocktaking • To take control in the Head Chefs absenceYou will be City & Guilds 706-1 706-1 or NVQ 1 & 2 qualified.
