Sawtry Village Academy are currently seeking to appoint new examination invigilators to work as part of our existing highly efficient and friendly team. The role of an invigilator is a very important and responsible role. You will be required to supervise students during their examinations, ensuring that official guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures are followed. The working hours will vary during these busy exam periods, however they will only be Monday to Friday during term time.

Applicants need to have excellent organisational skills. Reliability, flexibility and accuracy are essential qualities. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

The key examination period is May and June, and invigilators are expected to make a reasonable commitment to be available during these months. Invigilators may also be called upon to invigilate other internal examinations which run throughout the academic year.

Sawtry Village Academy is proud to be part of the Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT), which is a very successful Trust operating academies in Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, Sawtry, Stamford and Swavesey.
