For January 2018 or sooner we seek to appoint an outstanding practitioner to cover a period of adoption leave (provisionally to 29th October 2018) with the ability to teach all aspects of English Years 7-11, to inspire and enthuse young people to develop a love of English. Candidates must have an up to date knowledge of developments in English, and deliver learning which promotes student progress and high expectations for all abilities. The attainment and progress of students in English at CCC is consistently above the national figure because every child is challenged to achieve their full potential. The post would equally suit a Newly Qualified Teacher or experienced teacher.

CCC is a small, friendly 11-16 high performing secondary school with excellent results and a successful Ofsted in March 2017 which confirmed the school as being in the top 10% of schools in the Country.
