As an outstanding support department within an outstanding college, this role requires an individual with a dynamic and innovative approach that will drive ongoing improvement and foster a student-focused approach to delivering student services across the college.
This role is pivotal in leading student support and funding, health and wellbeing services, student voice, careers information, advice and guidance; and the Student Union.
The right candidates should have experience in leading and specialising in at least one of the above listed areas, with extensive understanding and interest in the others. Evidence of driving change and previous outstanding practice in a related area is a must.
