Eastleigh College is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable residential practitioner to work at College House, a unique educational facility offering an extended curriculum for young people aged between 16 and 18 who have moderate learning difficulties. College House is located at Compton, 6 miles from Eastleigh College towards Winchester and accommodates 14 residents who are students on the College’s Skills for Independence and Work course.

The philosophy of College House is to allow young people to develop their independent living skills in a supportive residential environment. As the Residential Practitioner you will require a strong commitment to working in this challenging field guiding and supporting the learners. As the Residential Practitioner you will be required to have your own driving license and will be required to drive the college mini bus to allow the students to undertake off site activities.
