What's new to Eteach in April 2020?
This April, we've made some exciting changes to the Eteach job board and our market-leading Client Portal to continue supporting you in finding the best staff for your school or group. Find out what's changed this April.
Email template management – for all licence customers
Having tidied up and improved our Email Template section in the Client Portal, you may notice a few helpful changes. These changes will help you to manage your email templates with ease. Your Client Portal comes with our “best practice” templates already built in and gives you the ability to create as many additional templates as you like.
New this Spring, groups with a premium licence are now able to manage the email templates that their individual schools have access to. This ensures that groups can maintain consistency across all their schools. As a group owner, you can create bespoke email templates and decide which templates you want to share with your schools.
Blind recruiting improvements – for all licence customers
The Eteach team have updated the blind recruiting feature which helps to improve the diversity of new hires. This is achieved by reducing the bias that could be applied to gender, race, name or any other identifying factors.
In the “General information” settings area there is now an option to enable or disable blind recruiting. Once enabled, your Hiring Manager team members will only be able to view unidentifiable candidate information. Administrators have the ability to override this and turn blind recruiting off for Hiring Managers if required.
Partial school searches – for all licence customers
We have made improvements to our job search algorithm so that job seeking teachers can now search by entering only part of the school name. This makes it that much easier for our candidates to find jobs at schools that they are passionate about working for. This will help increase visibility to your live vacancies and your Career Site or Career Page.
