Newcroft Primary Academy is an outstanding primary school, located in the busy town of Shepshed, a few miles from the university market town of Loughborough. The school benefits from excellent motorway links as well as being situated in the heart of Charnwood Forest with great access to local beauty spots and exciting venues for trips and events.

We are extremely popular due to our exciting curriculum and wide ranging opportunities on offer for our children. Our site is set on 6 acres of land, which includes 4 buildings; one of which being our brand new Hallcroft classrooms and sports hall, opened in December 2018. We have

a beautiful woodland area on our site which we use for Forest Schools. We have a separate Early years and Nursery building, which is served by a superb, dedicated outdoor space for our youngest learners.

We are a two form entry primary school with nursery class, rated by Ofsted outstanding. We are passionate about the opportunities we give to our children and 'aspire for excellence in all we do.' We are an ambitious, forward thinking school with an extremely motivated team of staff and highly engaged pupils.
