Overview

'We exist for one reason: to help the children in our community become independent, capable, A resilient young people, ready for life and work'

Countesthorpe Leysland Community College is much more than a curriculum. We understand the importance of laying the foundations on which children can build a successful future – skills and abilities valued by employers and universities such as collaboration, resilience, creativity and problem solving. All our students get the individual support and encouragement to understand what is possible in life and what they have to offer. We open eyes and minds. The world is changing, and we help our students become capable and well-rounded individuals who can make a real contribution.
