We are a one form entry Surrey primary school of 210 children. Our school was founded in 1783 for 12 children. In fact, our schoolhouse is the oldest school building in Surrey still being used as part of a modern school, but there have been many changes since our founding!
Our current buildings are a blend of successive extensions over the years and now provide well-resourced and modern accommodation for our children. Outside, we are lucky to enjoy extensive areas for education, play and exploration, including two playgrounds and a field area for sport; a hidden copse for woodland learning and several other garden areas.
We aim to provide a caring, purposeful and inspiring environment in which all children can develop confidence, independence and an enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Our village setting and smaller size means our children can all receive a high-quality education supported by a friendly, family feel. We have a motivated and committed team of teachers and support staff who work together to build on the school's strengths and bring out the best in every child. We aim to achieve high standards and outcomes by planning carefully for support, intervention and extension.
At Felbridge, we work as a team, supporting and helping colleagues together to reach the high standards we are always aiming for. Our school motto, 'Finding the best in everyone,' applies as much to our staff team as it does to our children!

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will have to make as a parent. If you choose to join us, we will do our utmost to ensure that your children make a happy and purposeful start to their formal education.
A visit to the school to meet staff and children and to get a flavour of the education and ethos here is the best way to see what we have to offer. From late October to November we offer weekly tours in small groups for prospective families, while at other times of the year we are happy to organise a tour for in-year moves. Please contact us using the details on the admissions page of our website if you would like to talk to us about what we can offer or if you require any further information.
We look forward to meeting you.

Headteacher
At Felbridge Primary School, we aim to build a community with challenge, curiosity, creativity, courage and compassion at the heart of our school.
Through our five core values, we aim together to:
Felbridge's vision and values as part of wider British values
All schools have a duty to actively promote British values in schools to ensure young people leave school prepared for life in modern Britain. Pupils are encouraged to regard people of all faiths, races and cultures with respect and tolerance and understand that while different people may hold different views about what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, all people living in England are subject to its law.
At Felbridge, our chosen core values very much tie in with the core British values below, and all can be seen through the lens of our values and the ways we try to live them out. They are therefore embedded in the way we talk about and explore our values, although we may often talk about them explicitly in the context of school assemblies, PSHE lessons and circle time, or when discussing recent news and issues.
The Key Values are:
