We at Rothwell Junior school - staff, governors and children, like to think of ourselves as fulfilling very important roles within the local community.

We provide children from the ages of 7-11 with a very good level of education.

We embrace new teaching ideas and like to be at the forefront of new technologies. However, we also ensure that the children are learning within a relevant context, so we try to tie in learning objectives with humanities topics.

We believe in a full and rewarding curriculum and try to ensure our art, drama, sport and ICT is second to none.
