This is built on strong executive leadership and management, effective local governance, curriculum expertise and professional business and financial management.

Each individual school is at the centre of our community, raising aspirations and achievement with particular emphasis on key areas.

We work together with each school in the Trust, developing a challenging improvement plan for them which will focus and build on their distinct strengths whilst at the same time identifying areas that need more attention. The plan is then monitored and reported on by their own local governing body and the Trust’s board of directors.

This approach enables the schools to work closely together with one another to share best practice as well as drawing on expertise from North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College. The output is the identification of progression opportunities for all students, of all abilities through all phases of their education.
