At Jubilee L.E.A.D Academy we take pride in fostering a school community based on equality, diversity, inclusion and respect. We strive to help all children achieve their full potential by taking each and everyone on an exciting journey of learning. Our children are encouraged every day to use their imagination and creativity. It is our duty to nurture our caterpillars so they transform into beautiful butterflies.

In the classroom, we develop inquisitive minds, ask challenging questions and encourage deep answers. Through engaging lessons our children have a real thirst for learning, becoming resilient and persevering when things get challenging. Our teachers develop the whole child within a nurturing environment where children feel confident to take learning risks. Teachers take all children on a journey of understanding, creating numerate and literate children, capable of confidently taking their next steps on this exciting journey. We all demand the highest expectations of learning behaviour within a relationship built on mutual trust and respect. Throughout school, we encourage all children to be their best and celebrate success in all that they do.

We pride ourselves in working closely with our community and all our families within it. Working together, we have shared responsibility to encourage aspirations, helping all achieve their goals. Working in partnership we can enhance the lives of all our children – together we can do it!

We believe that through positive attitudes and relationships, supportive teamwork and collaborative partnerships between colleagues, governors, parents and the wider community, it is possible to meet the needs of all our children.

In a safe, secure and stimulating environment, differences are celebrated and pupil's voices are heard. This is embedded by effective teaching which results in high standards, successful learning and good behavior.

Through our strong leadership and creative curriculum we aim to equip each child with the skills they need for lifelong learning. We have high expectations of mutual respect and aim to develop confident learners who are proud of their achievements and enjoy coming to school.
