Pewsey Vale, a small but thriving co-educational school secondary school, is looking for a Supply Teacher to join its dedicated team, who are passionate about empowering all pupils to succeed.

Working Hours: Casual. Likely hours will range between 8.00am until 4.00pm, Monday – Friday. Contract: Zero hours. Required: ASAP.

Educating young people between the ages of 11 and 16 years, we are located in the village of Pewsey. Our school community works together to ensure that all students are supported to reach their full potential in both their academic and personal development. As a school, we provide a supportive and challenging learning environment where every student is recognised as an individual and empowered to succeed. We believe in teaching that engages students and challenges them to exceed expectation and take risks so they can be resilient, creative and successful individuals. In December 2024 we joined Acorn Education Trust, which provides exciting opportunities to improve local education and draw on collective experience.

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Are committed to quality education and being a truly excellent teacher;
  • Are passionate about teaching and learning;
  • Can teach a range of engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment;
  • Are flexible and have the ability to work, on a casual basis, when work is available.

Interested applicants are invited to contact Wendy Assirati for an informal chat about the role in the first instance.

• Telephone: 01672-565000.
