All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is a growing Catholic Multi Academy Trust, based in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire.
To support the Diocese of Westminster's Academisation Strategy and the Trust's growth plans, the Board of Directors seeks to appoint a dynamic, strategic Chief Operating Officer, who will be responsible for operational and strategic leadership of non-academic operations, to include IT, Governance, Estates, Facilities & HR, ensuring alignment with the direction set by the CEO and Board of Directors.
There will be a strong collaborative working relationship with the CFO, to ensure that resources are efficiently allocated to serve the mission and support operational needs of the Trust.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced business leader to oversee, devise and implement the planning, management and future development of effective systems and processes across the Trust, working alongside an established Executive Team.
Full details of the role are in the attached job description and person specification. The employment start date can be discussed at interview, and is negotiable dependent on the candidate's notice period.
We welcome applications from all faiths and none, however it is expected that the postholder will actively support the Catholic ethos and aims of the Trust.
If you would like an informal chat prior to application, please contact Jo Stokes, Director of People.
Interviews will be held on Monday 7th July 2025.
