Bridge Junior School is a warm, ambitious and diverse school community in the centre of Leicester. We are a school on the rise: clear about where we are going, proud of the journey we are on, and looking for committed people who want to help shape what comes next.
We are looking for a KS2 Class Teacher who brings energy, care and high expectations to the classroom. The right person will love teaching, build strong relationships, and share our commitment to helping every child succeed. This is a role for someone who enjoys planning engaging learning, supporting pupils with a range of needs, promoting excellent behaviour and attitudes, and contributing positively to wider school life.
We warmly welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers. What matters most is enthusiasm, inclusive practice, and a willingness to grow as part of a team. ECTs can expect a strong induction and supportive colleagues; experienced teachers will find opportunities to lead, influence and contribute to school improvement.
In return, we offer a genuinely welcoming staff team, supportive leadership, protected PPA time, trust-wide CPD and professional networks, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and opportunities to develop your career within Attenborough Learning Trust.
If you are ready for a rewarding role in a school where children are curious, engaged and proud to belong, we would love to hear from you. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged.
