Pay Scale-point 3 £13.45 per hour, annual salary £9048.00

The school is situated at the northern end of the Highfields district of Leicester. The area contains a diverse religious and linguistic community. We were rated “Good” in our latest Ofsted Report (February 2020).

Shenton Primary School is a large primary school in Leicester. We have 360 children in 16 classes from Nursery to Year 6. Most of the children attending are bi-lingual or multi-lingual.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Carry out routine site checks to ensure the premises are safe, secure, and well maintained

• Can manage themselves and their workload

• Has a strong work ethic and time management skills

• Support closing of the site, including unlocking/locking buildings.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of external areas, including litter picking and basic grounds work.

• Assist with health and safety procedures, including fire safety checks and emergency responses
