Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Buswells Lodge Primary School are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about working with pupils with behaviour and SEMH needs.

About You
We are looking for a reflective and committed professional who is passionate about supporting children’s social, emotional and behavioural development.
You will have:
• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD or challenging behaviours, within a primary school setting.
• Experience of being a strong team player with great communication skills. Have the ability to work under pressure, and above all be passionate and committed to the development of the children within the school
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion, and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
A good level of numeracy and literacy, educated to GCSE, ‘O’ level or equivalent.
Competence in digital literacy, including email and using electronic record keeping systems

Hours of work: 30 Hours per week x 39 weeks per year (including 5 Teacher Days) Salary: Grade 3 points 5-6 £17,901- £18,186 pa
