Babington Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role
This is a highly visible role, suited to someone with strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of school operations.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth, compliant and efficient day-to-day running of academy operations, providing highly effective on-site leadership across Estates, local HR administration and Admin/Office services. They will work closely with the Academy Principal and central Trust teams, proactively identifying issues before they escalate, and presenting practical solutions that protect learning, safety and service standards and the Finance Business Partner (FBP) who leads on academy finance.
The postholder will manage the site team and other relevant support staff.

Salary - Grade 10 (Points 31-34 £47,181 to £50,269) full time (37 hours per week). This is a permanent job.
