About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Casual Lettings & Facilities Assistant to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

You will play a key role in supporting the school's lettings programme, ensuring our facilities are safe, welcoming and well-presented for community users during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the school for lettings
• Acting as a key holder
• Carrying out facility checks
• Setting up and clearing away equipment
• Undertaking light cleaning and tidying duties
• Providing exceptional customer service to hirers using our facilities.
