BCA employs approximately 380 staff in teaching and learning, student support and business support roles, all of whom are based on-site at our stunning leafy campus in Burchetts Green, near Maidenhead.

  • Generous annual leave entitlement: 35 days per annum for lecturing staff and 24 days per annum for support staff, all in addition to the statutory Bank Holidays and a Christmas College closure period.
