Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking three ambitious Principals to lead curriculum and student success across our thriving colleges. These roles arise from a strategic restructure following the departure of two long-serving, respected leaders offering a unique opportunity to build on their legacy and bring fresh vision to further and sixth form education.
We are recruiting for the following strategic leadership roles:
Principal – Slough & Langley College (Further Education)
Drive innovation and excellence in one of the region’s most dynamic FE colleges. Champion high-quality vocational and technical education for diverse communities, with bold curriculum leadership and a relentless focus on student success.
Principal – Berkshire College of Agriculture (Further Education College with a land-based specialism)
Lead a vibrant, inclusive FE college serving a wide range of learners while championing our nationally recognised land-based specialism. From sport and performing arts to animal care and agriculture, you will shape an ambitious curriculum in a unique rural setting.
Principal – Windsor & Strode’s College (Sixth Form Colleges)
Inspire ambition, academic success and creativity in a high-performing sixth form setting. You will lead an evolving curriculum, teaching excellence and student achievement across two iconic colleges.
