This role is ideal for professionals from diverse industry backgrounds who are passionate about student development and employability.The primary objective of this role is to support T-Level students in acquiring essential employability skills and securing industry placements that fulfil the criteria set by both the college and awarding bodies. The advisor will focus on the sectors of Agriculture, Health & Social Care, and Early Years, facilitating real-world experience and career development for students in these fields.As you will be working with external employers you will be expected to travel to their location and meet with them in their place of work. As a result, it is essential criteria that the successful candidate holds a full manual UK driversâ licence.
