Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified candidate to join our progressive team as a Lecturer in Motor Vehicles on a 1.0 FTE Basis.

This role is based at Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) but may include work or cover at Langley as required.

Lecturer in Motor Vehicle

As a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you need to provide high quality teaching and assessment in the subject areas required, ensuring an excellent quality of education and training and actively encouraging and promoting student learning.  

You will be responsible for delivering an effective teaching programme within Motor Vehicle. Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance. You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, whilst monitoring and evaluating progress and practice.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the progress and achievement of their learners and be an effective communicator. You will need to hold a relevant Motor Vehicle qualification at level 3 or above and be willing to work towards, or currently hold, a teaching and assessment qualification.
