We are looking for an inspirational, forward-looking and creative lead practitioner who has the ability to play a prominent part in the leadership of the school as we wholeheartedly commit to further developing our provision in response to national and local priorities. The successful candidate will be encouraged to be highly innovative and be able to lead others highly effectively as we seek to provide learning opportunities and support which inspire and enthuse all pupils.

Our new Assistant Headteacher will be someone who will have a clear vision for safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion, while also having excellent leadership skills and an unswerving commitment to ensure that all pupils succeed and are happy and safe during their time with us. The opportunities within this role are wide and varied and to this end applications are welcome from current middle leaders, associate/seconded leaders (on senior leadership teams) who are seeking promotion, or current Assistant Headteachers seeking a new challenge.
