Conduct Support Coordinator

37 hours per week. Term time only + 5 INSET days.

Grade 6, point 18-22

Actual salary £27,095-£28,953

This is an important role within our Pastoral team. The successful candidate will provide support to our lower school pupils and will work to nurture the development of some of our vulnerable learners.

Reporting directly to, and working in conjunction with the Senior Leader with responsibility for Pastoral care the successful candidate will

  • Implement, promote and uphold the school’s policies and model the very highest standards.
  • Staff and manage the school’s isolation space throughout the school day.
  • Encourage reflection, accountability and positive behaviour choices and deliver structured restorative conversations.
  • Support students to effectively complete work set.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with students who require behavioural support.
  • Support colleagues with managing pupils experiencing specific behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working with vulnerable learners and working in a school environment.
